Return & Exchange Policy
ย At RAISE YOUR GLAM,ย customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the return/exchange of your unused or defective purchase within 14 days of delivery. We are proud to offer a stress-free return/exchange policy.
ย For defective products or if you have received the wrong item,ย please call our customer service number within 24 hours of delivery. Please have your order number ready for the call.
All the returned/exchanged items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery with their original packaging.
How to return and exchange an item?
If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you mustย physically return it in to RAISE YOUR GLAM ย And exchange it with an item with the same value or higher value.ย
ย Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed.ย
CANCELLATION
A customer can cancel an order if he/she wishes, however, the cancellation request should be made before dispatching the order from our warehouse. If any payment was done, will be refunded through the same payment method, which order was placed.

Delivery At raise your glam, we’re committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible.
We know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.
In order to provide the utmost satisfaction, our deliveries are carried out by our own fleet.
We deliver in 48 hours during regular working days and 72 hours during weekends.
Deliveries are free of charge for purchases of INR 300 and above.
For purchases below 500 INR, the delivery charge will be 50 INR.
